Last year the NAFL endorsed US Health Advisors and allowed us to provide personal injury benefits to the teams.  According to Mark Goldfeder and Rob Licopoli, they received positive feedback from the teams that used the benefits. 

US Health Advisors will be providing benefits for anyone in the NAFL who needs them again this season.  Everyone who enrolls through the NAFL will receive a group discount.  Plus, I will be offering team discounts for teams who sign up 40 or more people for the season. GOLD + for $65.99 per month. This is our best selling plan.  It offers ALL of our health related benefits.  Benefits include all those listed above, plus the following:

·         Galaxy Health Network - access to over 320,000 doctors with up to 30% savings on doctor's bills.  No limitations on usage.  Everyone qualifies.

·         CareFlite Air Transfer - Free CareFlite from hospital to hospital when necessary to be transported to a specialist who is over 100 miles away.

·         Ameritas Group Dental - Pays up to $1000 per year on a fee schedule with a $50 deductible.
